A Chili Friday

Friday dance, Friday dance! Everybody do the Friday dance!  And just for a second, lets pretend I don’t have to go into work tomorrow, just keep dancing…

Can’t forget the beans!

Finish up diced tomatoes, spices, tomato paste and a little bit of water.  Cover and walk away.

Pour a glass of wine.

After about an hour, top with greek yogurt and a golden corn vitatop muffin. Dinner, my friends, is served.
